What we collect
We collect contact, delivery and order information required to sell and deliver products; messages you send us; basic site security information; and payment status. Stripe processes payment card details. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use and share it
We use information to process orders, arrange fulfilment and delivery, prevent fraud, support customers and meet legal obligations. Necessary details may be shared with Stripe, our fulfilment provider, delivery carriers, Cloudflare and Resend. Some providers may process information overseas.
Retention and security
We retain order records for business and legal requirements and keep contact enquiries only as long as reasonably needed. We use access controls and reputable infrastructure, but no internet system is risk-free.
Access, correction and complaints
Contact hello@bimw.com.au to ask for access to, or correction of, personal information or to raise a privacy concern. We will verify identity and respond within a reasonable period.
